Information I may collect when hired as your photographer: -Your full name -Email address -Phone Number -Home Address -Payment Information

I will apply this data to respond to and manage bookings, deliver images, and preserve records.

All digital information is securely kept on my personal storage device, to which I (Madison Drinkell) am the sole individual with access. Any data collected on this device will be erased three years following the signing of the contract.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), individuals are entitled to obtain a copy of their personal data and may request its correction or deletion. Additionally, individuals have the right to revoke their consent at any time.
